Refund policy

Many products are handmade or printed on demand as they are ordered. Due to the custom nature of each product or artwork, most items are nonrefundable. Workshop seats, once purchased, are also nonrefundable. We want you to be happy and will help make sure your order is correct. Please reach out as you have questions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges on some items that are not custom or personalized. Workshop seats can also be transferred to a different date or a different person. Please email renmadecalligraphy@gmail.com with an explanation of the issue and we will help you.
